Imports
We obtain, prepare and present the necessary documents to Canada Customs. We pay the applicable duties and taxes on your behalf.
To ensure that your shipment is released as fast as possible, we utilize all Canada Border Services Agencies line release, pre-arrival and automated shipment processing options currently available including: Customs Automated Data Exchange(CADEX), Pre-Authorized Review System (PARS), Release on Minimum Documentation (RMD), and Accelerated Commercial Release Operational Support System (ACROSS).
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) links us directly with Canada Customs as well as other government departments this translates into immediate release of your goods.
Entry Processing
Once goods have been customs cleared, we determine the proper tariff classification and value for duty of your goods, we ensure that you obtain the greatest benefit from free trade as well as all other applicable tariff reduction programs. This provides the lowest costs to you, while maintaining compliance with customs regulations.
Exports
We offer export document preparation for shipments leaving Canada. These documents include Export Declarations, Pro Forma Invoices, Certificates of Exportation and NAFTA Certificates of Origins. Customs clearance has to be done in the country to which the goods are destined. For shipments in the U.S. we can put you in touch with reputable U.S. Customs Brokerage firms.
